In Japan they get a fair amount of rain...down here in the desert, most people can't even remember where they put their umbrella after they last used it a year ago! I have pulled my umbrella out of my trunk exactly one time in probably close to 10 months now! 😏 I love it sunny and hot!
I'd read somewhere that Japan was one of the cleanest country in the world
Umbrella bags have been available at Walmart for years .. people just choose to ignore them!

For all those who are all of a sudden all things Japan and the closest some of y’all have EVER been or will EVER be is watching a Godzilla movie…tell me this about Japan..why do they have “Women ONLY” train cars in their subway systems..?? Why do they have a High Suicide rate especially around the times the students take their exams..?? I’m not saying that Japan isn’t way ahead of us on some things BUT to totally act as if NOTHING happens over there…you just don’t know their day to day news…plus I’m ALL’S about them Japanese Women 😝😍🥰….!!!!!

Honestly, I wish the USA and the rest of the world would incorporate a few tips from Japan. In general, the level of respect in Japan for others and for the space around them is impeccable. I wish the USA had some of those lessons regarding respect instilled in us. Japan tends to put those values first in whatever they do. No country is perfect but we could learn a lot by taking some of the best aspects of other countries and incorporating them into our country. Frankly, with the USA being a culture melting pot, this is what should have been done. Discard the destructive and demeaning things and keep the good from each culture and country of origin.

I wish the US would be conscientious about our country being kept clean and no trash in median or in neighborhoods, and that the grass would be edged and properly maintained on highways and in the city! Make littering a big fine!

I would love to visit Japan! I heard that people there are very respectful, well educated, obey the laws, keep their country clean and are very courteous, they give others the right of way. How wonderful does that sound? Stores do have plastic bags for umbrellas in certain cities/ states but you have to grab the bag, they’re not as advanced as this is.
