The 16 year old driving, not this kid, was charged as adult for 2nd degree murder. Other three passengers were treated as victims for extra charges against the driver. Full video on YouTube same title. This kid was sitting passenger with no seatbelt when they crashed at 104 and only broke a hand. Crazy.
