Kicking your sidearm to chamber a round is ridiculous, especially if you're already carrying a loaded rifle. Keep both weapons locked and loaded always.

None of these situations would work in a combat scenario! For one the enemy combatants would not stand there waiting for you to do your trick move. Now someone robbing you and the street these disarm tactics would probably work, but would need to be engaged immediately

this is showing if the other person has the gun, not you. you move when they expect movement such as going for your wallet for example
