Good for the judge! This was a NUISANCE suit.
She had her lawn treated in the winter!! What nonsense! The kid should have left the snow so she could fall on her ass. She should have been appreciative that someone so young was willing to help others.

if this is real, I think that after she took me to court for this, the next good snowstorm she would wake up to snow piled on her porch and compacted down so that she couldn't get out her front door. now I would probably get in trouble for that one. but if she's that petty, maybe she needs other people to be that petty for her.

I'm interested to know what the damages to the lawn are. this seems to be implying it's still winter when the court case is occuring. it's impossible to know if any damages have occurred or the extent of the damages because the lawn is dormant. this is a stupid case to start with and even more so because it can't be proven any actual damage has occurred.
