That is the way all dried their clothes before we had washing machines. HOA's need to get off of their high horses. I would love to see these snobs in the day when people hang their clothes to dry. Your Aesthetics of the neighborhood would go right out the window. 😆😆😆😆😆😆

I agree that HOA are almost always overreaching, but drying clothes in the FRONT yard? We had clothes lines when I was a kid - but it was out back. I never saw or heard of one being out front. And I can see where it might be an eyesore to a neighborhood's appearance. Not sure about bringing down the property values though.
