No police do not have to right of way in every state! Here is one example Texas. I don’t care if you were a firetruck and ambulance or a cop with your lights on. You must yield to a school bus because the school bus has the absolute right of way! I don’t know if there’s any other states like that or not? But I know it’s a fact in Texas.

Well I read up on this incident. Actually it happens a lot when the sailors from this country find out that there are quite a few Americans on board a cruise ship they speed around and kinda do some stupid things with their boats to show the Americans that they are just as good or better than the Navy Seals

Whatever the emergency appears to be, full speed ahead in this situation, with a Ship on their right side and a large boat on their left, cutting between the two at a high rate of speed is like, STUPID!!!
