Ok seriously, I understand everyone has their own opinion on this.... However, do you guys really think it's fair that underprivileged children can't receive a sweet treat every now and again? Or how about a sweet drink? What's next? Are they going to take cereal, juice, quick freezer foods, cup o noodles, or chef boyardee products away? Because here's the thing, they are taking these things away trying to regulate the foods that underprivileged people eat. Supposedly for health and to help prevent misspent tax dollars from being used. All of the things I just mentioned are not necessarily healthy, but they are cheap and feed the kids when there is nothing left to eat. What's going to stop them from taking those next? Look at the bigger picture. NOBODY ON EARTH SHOULD BE TOLD WHAT TO EAT OR HOW THEY SHOULD TREAT THEIR BODIES. People should be allowed simple humanity by being given the choice of what they eat. Sorry not sorry.
I think people that get food stamps, they should be able to buy what they want. Cook food or non cooked food. especially for the homeless, what are they supposed to eat living on the street they can't even buy cooked food.It should not be anyone's business what they buy, if they don't feed themselves right they got a whole month to suffer. if they rather eat junk food.
