You can tell mom is teaching her and that is an EXCELLENT of her mother to teach!! I love that mom reinforced her boundary! Yes, this is healthy. The woman even apologized. This was an overall healthy exchange. Sometimes as women, our maternal urge is overwhelmed when we see beautiful babies in public, but NO TOUCHING people’s children pleaaaaase. I coo at every baby I see! But only from afar.
I remember seeing a woman grab another woman’s child’s hand and kiss it. The silence was LOUD. Who knows wtf you have or might not even know you have.
