That's how I always did it. Pay the workers well and double or triple product sales and you make more profit . Greed doesn't allow people to do that.

quite a few years ago I own a nutrition store I paid my employees way higher than minimum wage I knew they'd be able to do a better job and they would respect my business they got raises too love my employees are really good and good to me too💕💕💕💕
