unfortunately my oldest son spent a lot of his earlier years in prison. He often told me about how "amazing" some of the prisoner-made food was; made with such simple foodstuffs. I think wholesome ingenuity like that should be rewarded. maybe even have some cook offs to see what cell block has the best Chef!
