It was not invented by black people, it started as a dish made by rhe Scottish, and then later slaves added in spices and other things, and then what we know of as fried chicken was then 100% born. But ir wasn't white people or black people that made it, it was a mixture of both

how did you not know. 🥺 When our ancestors were property..they got the scraps... the food that wt ppl considered trash. pigs feet, pig ears, chittlings, chicken wings.... All that so called southern food. Wt ppl wasnt eating collard greens like that...we made that. we made it good. then they wanted it 🥺 wings used to be extra cheap. now they are expensive 😳 why? read up on it. its actually interesting 😁
