maybe got it out of storage? my mother in law got her things out of storage and it was chewed by mice or rats. my mother in law is incredibly clean and never had rats like that. it was damaged in storage including her mattress. she had no choice or would have never put it into a storage building (like a storage business not building)
how were the mice not falling out beforehand? why not unroll the rug and make sure there's no stains. actually how did you know you wanted that rug if you didn't see it unrolled?
They were free, she just had to pay separate shipping and handling
