my grandfather was blind and I use to caretaker for a woman who was blind and the thing of it is that they knew what bill was what by the feel and they also kept the bills in seperate spots so they wouldn't get mixed up. shame on those who think that they are fooling them.

My aunt was blind. They are taught how to fold different denominations of money. One of my co-workers did this to a blind food vendor on our job and he set her up. They have her on film doing this several times to him. She got caught. Tried to lie about it and they rolled the tape. The moral to the story is don't cheat.
