that's human trafficking ppl. listen to the language he used. he only sed he gets ppl off the streets. he offers a phone number instead of a business address, website, name of his organization. Tells her he can get her out of state cali Fla, jersey. its manipulation on a undeniably vulnerable woman. it know you ppl want to see the good in humanity but this ain't it. uses terms like lots of connections, instd of non profit sponsors/resources. gives her food drinks a hat to stay warm, listens to her, offers to take care of her. now in her vulnerable state she sees a savior like some of yall do. captain-save-a-ho used correctly as a powerful manipulation tactic.he's not too push (waiting game) so he gives her his phone number ( a burner) he's probabLy made this offer to all of the homeless people , so word of mouth .. and one day in her darkest of days she'll make the phone call and will be sex trafficked, disappeared, forgotten, drugged and sold. a living dead girl
