☝️THAT'S A LOT OF "FUFU"( Pounded starchy paste )..for such a little bowl 🍜 of bitter leaves stew..I've NEVER seen someone eat that much at a time..Although fufu looks like raw dough, it's actually cooked like boiled potatoes..It's made of root 🫚 vegetables cassava, yams and plantains..FuFu is FATTENING (because it's high carbs like potatoes) but, nutritious..It's eaten in GHANA and NIGERIA..There is 👢cowboy- like a "WHITE" on TicTok who talks about how delicious it is with 🍲 stew..And each time I see him, he gets FATTER and FATTER..
