the explanation this AI voice gave was almost completely wrong about what they were trying to do. the experiment had nothing to do with vibrating or fazing through anything. it was a test to see if a person could break through a brick wall at a high speed. if it were an experiment to see if someone could fazes through it the rockets wouldnt produce any where near enough vibration to pass through even water without obliterate the dummy. also they wouldnt be able to create enough vibration with anything they can afford to make let alone build borrow or invent
I guess this was a MythBuster attempt. I always loved that show, but in comics The Flash and Superman were supposed to be able to vibrate their molecules through "solid" objects based on the notion that matter is composed of atoms which are mostly empty space if you come right down to it... A very interesting notion and one we may prove one day, but it had nothing to do with how fast anyone was traveling, but their ability to "match" the "harmonics" of a "solid" object and pass their atoms through the atoms of the object somehow retaining their integrity as well as the object's integrity... Not sure that's possible, but a fun notion. Good for yucks though!

loved the show. but, as devil's advocate I would say for this science fiction feat to be possible, a person or thing would have to vibrate at supersonic speed or have the ability to make other objects lose their molecular cohesion thus being able to pass through solid objects. this experiment did not demonstrate this
