You were working at an infectious disease clinic, what did you expect? Infectious diseases do not discriminate. A 17 year old with HIV isn't sad. She was aware of HIV/AIDS, she still made that choice. She can still live a full and normal life, it's not the death sentence it was years ago. 🤦‍♀️🙄
