Yeah there’s always more to the story. He was a repeat offender. Multiple felonies (and that’s just the ones they caught him doing) Grand larceny (nonviolent property crime) •Receiving stolen property (nonviolent property crime) •Receiving stolen property (nonviolent property crime) •First-degree robbery — took $9 by force, leading to life without parole sentence under habitual-offender law. He was a repeat criminal…. And had he been free the last 40 years he would most likely have continued to do so…. Granted a life sentence is heavy but he knew what he faced when he did it. He was warned. He didn’t care
