my mother was stabbed fifteen times. prior to her being stabbed she instructed me to get my five younger siblings to safety because he planned to kill us all. he had put a mattress on the floor to stack our bodies on to absorb the blood. I was only nine years old at the time. I had to make two trips to get them all. but I had to stay focused even though he was stabbing my mother. I also called police and family to come. I saved my mother and my siblings. I never thought about my own life just theirs.
