Why wouldn鈥檛 they let him leave? 馃槨
it is a felony to hold someone against there will .
I think its all depends. if theguy is just trying to leave with his things then yes this place of business is liable. however, if the guy is quitting or getting fired and he may be taking things which belong to the business or something thats confidential then the business has every right to stop u. ur stealing at that point. it also depends on the city and state laws there too.
I want to know what鈥檚 in the Files馃槀
Kidnapping charges to come.
Left hook
Finally don't know the back story someone trying to keep me in a room without any authority would have definitely gotten something in that room over his head
this is why I pack everywhere. ill ask you once to move. tell you twice. 3rd time I'm gonna invite the friend concealed in my appendix to join us.
it is definitely a felony hold someone against their will
that's kidnapping.
that is called kidnapping..
Bro was nice far too long. After the third asking him to move I would鈥檝e laid his ass out
kidnapping
That IS 100% an ILLEGAL DETAINMENT and KIDNAPPING!!!! You have a LEGAL RIGHT to DEFEND YOURSELF and do what ever you need to do too escape the kidnappers even if it means 鈽狅笍鈽狅笍鈽狅笍鈽狅笍 !!!!!!!
false imprisonment, they can't hold him in that office
kidnapping, false imprisonment
Isn鈥檛 that consider kidnapping?
Let him go then call the police and report the robbery (if he took files that he shouldn't have taken)!
them files been copied and been gone馃槄馃槄
He did what I would do in a hostage situation! Fight your way out!!
kidnapping and false imprisonment. stop recording, call the cops
toss him out of the way. he like 150 pounds...
Files of what?
U can't take documentation files out of an office. Just cuz u quit or got fired if u work n an office. And some stuff is just on a computer chip nowadays. He could b HR n have everybody n the company information. I'd definitely b have cops come n check him. Once ur fired, ur fired. All passwords changed n everything. Can't always trust when they lose their job
I used to mess with a chick n HR for over a year. I already kno how they can mess with people n their jobs. That's y I try to close with em馃槀 Not snitching or nothing just always make it a point to acknowledge em. But really they always talk to me first all the time then whatever happens happens. Not on me. u pursued me. then u quit ur job cuz I didn't wanna relationship lol
knock his out of the way
it doesn't matter if he has anything or not they cannot hold him hostage in a building that is for the public that's a crime you can go to prison for that
yeah but walmart does it every day. the receipt nazis have gone too far as well.
he would be picking his teeth off the ground
I believe that's criminal confinement...
that's false imprisonment
He asked for it馃槶
that's kidnapping. pretty sure you can defend against that...
I would have thrown anything I could find threw the window next too the door then stepped threw it 馃槀
Holding somebody against their will within a bounded area, like in this scenario, it would be considered false imprisonment, not kidnapping.
they legally cannot make him stay there they can be charged with kidnapping. I know one thing you wouldn't make me stay there.
doesn't matter at all they cannot hold him against his will
I'm throwing hands.
Knockout
with criminal intent to illegally hold hostage but its probably fake or some other nonsense. clickbate got my attention though.
I wouldn't ask but two times I'd shove him out of the way
Kidnapping is keeping someone against their will so...
If I needed a part 2 more than ever, it's now
he's trying to take his own files. my doctors all charge me 25 dollars to see my own files. he probably didn't want to pay for something he's already paid for.
with video evidence at that point you have legal right to use deadly force to escape
civil matter, except he flirting with a kidnapping charge
at what point can you consider this kidnapping? like a legal way that after so many times you can use a can of woop azzzzz to get out the door? if there any. im legit wondering 馃
Yeah, that's illegal. They have to let him go. Then they do an audit and inventory check after separation. If anything is missing at that point, then they have to go at it legally.
