Police officers provided immediate, life-saving aid on the scene before the victim was transported to UPMC Williamsport and then to Geisinger Danville for treatment. He survived his injuries. Perpetrator: Zaire Jones-Wallace, 25, reportedly arrived at a high school party, got into an argument, and an altercation escalated. During a physical fight, he allegedly produced a firearm and shot the victim. Jones-Wallace later turned himself in to police. Charges: Jones-Wallace faces charges including criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, and possession of an instrument of crime. He is currently jailed without bail. not sure if it's same incident but I googled man shot in chest at house party in PA and this came up
