When I was a kid, me and my friends made lots of noise outside, so that’s why I don’t complain about kids making noise. That’s just what kids do.
Ya'll may love hearing kids playing BUT there should be some respect for neighbors. Kids outside after dark playing and making noise disturbing the neighbors is not at all acceptable for various reasons especially when there is an HOA. HOA's have rules and they need to be adhered to. plus noisy kids outside after dark is very disrespectful and inappropriate.

I agree w/ HOA. People pay their taxes & fees to live in a peaceful environment. If you get multiple complaints from homeowners, it is her job to shut it down. As a parent, you shouldn’t be letting your young ladies run around disturbing people after dark plus it’s not safe for them outside.

Kids can play without screaming and yelling. Dad is raising entitled kids that think what they want is more important than what other people need.

We used to play outside until the street lights came on. Football, tag, hide and seek, relievio, Red Light Green Light, Kick The Can, Ride Bikes, Roller Skate, Skateboard, fly kites, swim and Park League. and I was in a marching band. We were skinny kids.

When you buy into those places, did you not notice you guys have well, not me anymore? But there's paperwork that they make them sign, seem. My first house, I didn't even get the paperwork. I end up suing them which was through HR block or something like that, I did not suit. I didn't get the paperwork, I didn't know, the neighbors told me it was association, your first time, buyers are very stupid. I think now I do not live an association and I never would live in association again. How about your real estate place? They didn't tell me There's paperwork called CC and ours, they make you sign them. And that's where they get you and if your first time buyer, and you don't even know because the real estate guy, I didn't even tell you it was association. That's the problem. My real estate guy lied to us
first off what time was it? it looked like it was dark out. was it a weekend or week night. also what were the kids playing? I'm a mom and I'm all for kids playing out side even when it's a little dark out. as long as they stay in yard. l don't know what state this is but where we live the HOA doesn't want phone calls. we are told to call the police if there is a problem. so if a certain house gets a bunch of police calls on them and it is a problem then the city fines the home owner or apartment management company. HOA are not the police and it sounds like the neighbors don't have the communication skills to just go over and ask nicely to tone it down. plus tween girls can scream so shrill it can take the paint off the walls.
