This more than likely is a stupid stunt they're pulling. They probably have several people in the store with them running around picking pockets or stealing from the store. They create a distraction so people in the stores are focused on them. Security who's watching the cameras are additionally distracted. I see why AI can actually be beneficial here. Humans are going to react to this kind of behaviour, whereas Robotic Sources are going to focus on exactly what they are programmed to do without outside interference.
