Many of the families of the slave traders are still actively selling slaves. The slave trade is larger today than it was before the Civil War. We are happily buying products that are produced by slaves. Those that profit the most from slave labor are the rich elite who trade in the products created or mined....as they denounce racism & poverty to fool us all.
