Walz is correct. The federal gov't issues visas, governors have zero say who get visas or into the country for that matter. Noem is the one shirking her responsibility and blaming someone else. 90% of Somalis in MN are already citizens. 60% of them were born in the US, and 78% of foreign born Somalis have earned their citizenship. These people are doing it the right way, but we all know the issue isn't how they came into the US. Reading the rest of the posts here, one thing is very clear.
