we are being shown the plaintiff showing up to her court date and being agreeable to the next court dates set. and the judge being couture about the defendant not showing up, needing to reset court dates. what am I missing 😕

so why wasn't that case in favor of the lady. I know that if you miss 2 dates back to back it's the same as saying you dont wish to fight. it looks to me like that judge is dragging this out for the landlord.
