I used to be 357#. I never got that full feeling. I then had stomach surgery to correct that. It took alot of work even with the surgery. It was hard. I was told that the surgery is a tool to help. I believe that, because a majority of people who had that type of surgery gain all the weight back if not more. Once you stretch your stomach it can happen again.
The reason I said all this is...after I had the surgery I cried. I lost my best friend food. Food was the when u was happy, sad. Food was there for everything. it was the way I soothed myself. Don't look at her with discuss . Look at her and ask why ? Is there something she is missing or hurting from?

Being ignored as a baby/toddler can also cause an insatiable need in some that can only be fulfilled by excessively acting out on their drug of choice: alcohol, food, drugs, sex, shoplifting, etc.
Overeaters unfairly “wear” their addiction and therefore get shamed for it even further. Eating disorders are very misunderstood because unlike other addictions, those suffering with this addiction can’t just stop eating like with other addictions.
