This sounds bad but I have read up on this story. she over stayed her visa by yrs when he married her. he knew she was in the US illegally when he married her. u can't be here illegally (over staying or crossing the boarder) and then decide your going to get a green card and not expect to be deported and for him being retired military doesn't give him any special rights because he married someone who has broken our laws and stayed here illegally. I severed 24 yrs and my wife came here legally and is now a American citizen.
