It astounds me how Animals are Tranquilized with a Shot from a Firearm that incapacitates the subject without any physical harm, But Human intelligence is Lost Dealing with other Humans. Where did Animals be assigned higher in a civil society than Humans?

I've been shot with lasers, 12 gauge rubber slugs, rock salt and a 9mm. personally speaking, the rubber slug hurt the most, the rock salt hurt the longest. A for why he took it to the knee, probably the shooter didn't compensate for the added weight or how wonky that contraption makes a bullet move. it obviously effects the aerodynamics, so it could be anyone's guess as to where it goes.

This is only an option as an alternative to a taser in a non-lethal situation. If you are in a lethal situation you use your weapon with bullets until the threat is neutralized which may or may not result in death.
