try blackened fish cook it up with a little bit hickory smoke flavor butter Touch of lemon juice fried on the skin side down first right real good flip it over for a few seconds fry it on the other and that blackened and season and taste really good hopefully you'll like it that way gives you a different ways of cooking it

ooh yeah to take off the fish slime cut half of lime and rub it against the skins and scale of the fish and no more slime
