N.C. has a branch that checks the gas pumps exactly periodically and puts a stamp of approval on the pump or closes it down until repaired.

I have filled a 5 gallon can to the same level prolly 75 times some times the pump says there is 5 gallons but at some stations it says 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 gallons..😳🤔🤔🥺
