This video didn't adequately describe little Kaila's condition when Officer Brian Zach rescued her. In addition to the black eye and bruises, she had a dislocated elbow, a fractured skull and brain bleed. Her mother and her mother's boyfriend were both arrested and the little girl was entered into the system. Thankfully, the good-hearted policeman and his wife fostered her then officially adopted her two years later.
