looks like someone bought the t.v. then put their old one back in the box and stapled it back shut and returned it. walmart will not take back electronics if they have been opened. so they sealed it back and the employee didnt open it to look at it. they just put it back on the shelf.

I had this happen with a car radio and they said cuz it wasn鈥檛 ment for the box that they can鈥檛 return it so i bought a new radio and did the same thing someone else did and put that radio in the box went to a different Walmart and returned it I asked if they put that stuff back on the shelf they told me no I then went back a few weeks later to get speakers I looked in the raido box that mf was back on the self i told the mf that wasn鈥檛 the even remotely the right radio it was a Sony in a pioneer box he took it off the shelf but I鈥檓 sure it鈥檚 back on there

same thing happened to me with a Dremel tool from Walmart. someone had bought it, put their old non working one in the box and returned it. saw dust literally fell out of the box when I opened it 馃う
馃槀馃槀he just discovered Walmarts lifetime warranty plan. when I was a kid we would get the hair dryer and lift the serial stickers off broken video game consoles. buy a New one, swap stickers and return it. now our console works again. or CDs could not be returned once opened. we would say it's defective and just wanted a new copy. then we had a plastic wrapped copy. take it to returns. no receipt so gift card. go buy new game for same price. the ol walbuster video.

once upon a Time during the day I worked for Walmart and I worked in the claims department. what I found was people were returning items and what was on the box was not in the box. I would have what was supposed to be computers in there and it would be encyclopedias or dictionary or it's supposed to be a TV and it would be a mirror. so you got flim-flammed take that back hold them accountable

Yes,this happened to me,they gave me absolute hell and said I was trying to scam them out of a tv....after a lot of back and forth,they eventually gave me the right tv..ALWAYS OPEN THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE .Smh,
