The police officer looked like somebody who used to get beat up in school.Now he has the power to bully somebody else on top of the fact that after the guy was down, he studied meeting him in the nuts and twisting his leg, like he's trying to break it.I get that we need people in place.In order to control these things as far as justice, but there has to be a better way to do it
Why did the officer stop him? He should not have hit the officer, but after all of those police had him pinned down on the ground that officer kneeded him numerous times and he kneeded him in his private parts, bent the persons leg while they had him on the ground.
I bet he wasn't doing anything that wrong for a cop to spray, he had a sign and it prolly looks like they told him to leave. No need to spray 🤦🏻♀️

Your title is incorrect. The pepper spray worked as it was supposed to. The individual being sprayed was obviously affected by the pepper spray. Using it is a much better option than deadly force. And it didnt appear like the officer had a taser either.
