The day my grand children asked their stepdad would it be ok to call him dad, my SIL called me crying to tell me. He has been so much a part of their lives since they were 1, 4 and 5 years old. Their biological father only comes around a couple of times a year, doesn't even call them, even though he has their phone numbers.
R.I.P to my stepdad he was more of a father to me he always been there since I was 4 he was a good father I wished he was still alive so he can meet his grandkids, I don't have kids but my second oldest brother does, I wished that I can go back in time get drunk AF with my pops. That boy is lucky that his mom found a good man in her life.
I stand up for the man that can take care of another man's child and treats like his own.
The world would be a much better place if every young man had a father to stand by them.
