you don't need to put left over pizza in the fridge it be good the next day and you don't have to warm it up. staying in 🛏️🏨 hotel a beer to go with it. now you are a winner. that crap you doing is some I don't really know what to hell IAm doing. 🤔

That makes sense, the brief dip in the water takes the dryness out of the left over slices

Another good way is to put a thin layer of water in a frying pan , med hi heat, with the lid on. The bottom remains crispy and the topping is freshly hot. I do like this option though and I will try it.

I wrap my leftover pizza in a damp paper towel, put it in the microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds, then put the hot but slightly limp pizza in a hot skillet to crisp up the crust. Works every time. Great! Now I want pizza 🍕

our microwave went out one time so for a while I had to warm everything up with the stove... that's when I learned that EVERYTHING tastes better warmed up via stove (either the burner or the oven). 🤷🤷🤷 yes keeping it from drying out helps. so using a lid on a pan or wrapping it in foil for the oven works as well.

Theeeee best way is to spray it with a water bottle then put it in the microwave with a paper towel over the top NOT saturated the dough in water. 🙄
