sad, they need to build more rehab centers, not decriminalize drugs, drug use, public intoxication, etc!!! People need to be arrested and forced into rehab!!! And the rehab centers can't be shitholes, they all need to be clean, have different activities, counselors that care, etc, like the places rich people go to, like Malibu!!!

London breed close down before she left office there was a safe haven near the library but she closed it down because they were complaining about the house how they were affecting those that were working around the area affecting the public library where nobody really go anymore but yes she closed it down but besides the other facilities I don't know who called those it was a bad judgment on them I don't know what else they have planned for them and if they do have anything planned for them I hope there's nothing diabolical but it probably is

My son lived there for 2 years. He said the city is overrun with homeless. The city has programs to help them, but they don't always see it through. I'm sure a lot of them are people with drug and mental illness. 😢
