I understand what she's saying because I have had this happen b4...and the store that I had given over 200 dollars to just one day prior also said that I had to call the number on the card to get my money back...and the number on the card said that they didn't c where that 200 dollars was ever purchased either..and that I would have to get my money back from the store..of course the store said no that I had to get the money back from the card company...NEVER GOT MY 200 DOLLARS BACK FROM ANYONE...iv the company is saying that the card doesn't show that it was even bought and that it's basically still for sale then the cashier that I gave my money to had to have taken it...not saying that this lady did that of course but in my situation that's what happen...don't ever buy these kinds of cards again. 😳

I’m sorry, but a store policy is a store policy. They have to run with it or they’ll Linda pull in their job. And I don’t think the person that is. Their front of them is worse losing their job and they he just deal with whatever the fuck they get. I’m not unless they’ll go to the store anymore.
