you didn't reload that roller at all. is there some type of tank or something on that roller? there's no way you can go that far off of one load.
Also not counting how long it takes to cut in thatβs the time consumer
I've been a painter for 35 years.This is one hundred percent, absolutely fake. That's an 18 inch roller that's used for floors mainly, except by hacks. I use them when I spray and back roll 40ft walls that are 600 yards long.
18 seconds plus the time spent in prepping, cutting-in, masking, draping and moving furniture. And because the new color is darker than the old. And itβs a very small wall. π€¦πΌββοΈ

What about the hour of setup and hour to do the trim?
yeah with a handle designed to draw up & hold paint till roller needs recoat. also the 3-4ft wide roller helps some.
with a 400$ brush tho π

yes but trimming in took an hour. look closer at that bad trim job on the baseboards.

This is the proper way inside or outside of the house is supposed to be painted. By brush and/or roller. Well done, no spray gun!
That's the easy part. Prep and cutting it in is the skilled and time-consuming part.

All the cut work is already done! Get enough paint on your roller and you can do the same thing. Some people have to do so many coats because they're scared to get enough paint on their brushes and rollers. π―β€οΈπ
