Well, if he had a passport, he can get another one. He needs to just get a hold of his birth certificate which can be ordered, get his social security card after his birth certificate, & get an ID. If he has an address in America, he can reorder all these documents from a computer and have all the documents sent to his location. Otherwise, he isn’t doing enough to help himself.
