Probably a blue state where he raped and murdered someone.
New evidence was presented, he did not commit the murder, it guy was not his DNA, that’s why. DNA samples, crime scene evidence, & other factors did not put him at the scene. Great investigational work, DNA & genetic companies are getting more sophisticated- Awesome job!
