He's speaking the truth. I don't trust the system anymore. Insurance wants over 2 grand a month with added out of pocket cost. Go to the doc get dismissed stay sick feeling like crap and it's a joke. It's so broken. In less than 5 yrs I lost my entire family to illnesses and you go and address issues. Get a nod of their head like they give a f......and they do nothing. Then when it goes south they act surprised and you have no choice but to deal with the outcome. It's sick I've decided I will live till I die and they can all bite me

He's 100% correct. About 14mo ago I started fasting. I eat once a day right before bed. I take vitamins and apple cider vinegar with mother in it and make sure to exercise an hr a day minimum 5 days a week. I've lost 18lbs, my BP is much lower and my cholesterol is great. Food nowadays is garbage, real healthcare is unaffordable, pills to manage and not cure. Hospitals and Dr's. are funded by big pharma. Drink plenty of filtered (not bottled) water.
