gotta do that to move the oil that pooled in the bottom cylinders so you dont blow up the engine on start up.

Like a old Harley with a magneto, gotta get the compression stroke just right & timing just right.
Watched the whole damn video and it didn't start so I guess they were asking us how to start it.
We did the same in P2s then counted 8 prop tips before mags on.
