Both parties were wrong here. She is doing her job and he was rude in the 1st place. Was she wrong for being rude back absolutely. it would've been much smarter to find out what she wanted because she could've been letting them know about a utility issue, about a construction problem, about a serious problem with their property, from the courts, really anywhere her very matter of fact approach kind of tells me that she is there on official business that the owner probably needs to be aware of... there was no reason to be rude or ignorant to her, she was not rude nor did she do anything to warrant his rude attitude
