Anyone who says this wasn't justified is just a cop hater. Cop had every right to defend himself against the attack, not once but twice. He tried nonlethal to start with, and the dude kicked him and attacked again. More than justified on this one.

Did the suspect die from the officer shooting him? Because the suspect didn't have any arms. He didn't have a gun. He didn't have a knife. It looks like he shot an unarmed suspect. This officer supposed to be trained to take on anybody like this, he does have Those pepper spray and taser, and he also has that pop out nightclub. You know that metal rod that he can use to defend himself. I think he would a little bit too far with the gun. Because if the guy's unarmed, he doesn't have a gun or a knife.He pulled the gun out too fast

Definitely not a justified shooting. There are no aggravating circumstances to justify deadly force (no weapon, no great size advantage, etc)... the cop was just unprepared and untrained to defend himself properly.
