I'm a professional cook all that stuff he put in that turkey was uncalled for.. they don't help the turkey taste any better all you need to do is season your bird very well and butter it

Brime? Plus, when did drowning a turkey in citrus juice become the thing? It ruins the flavor of the carcass for a good soup.

Moms was always great she would baste with butter here and there and slow cook it all day till it smelled up the whole house really nice, I could always tell it was just about ready to carve and serve when that happened and it was always tender and juicy and the gravy on top flavored it up just fine for me

This is a marinade, not a brine. Brine uses salt to draw moisture into the bird and will result in the juiciest turkey ever!

I take A 5 gallon bucket and fill it with warm water and but a half cup of sea salt and soak it until the water turn pinkish and all of the impurities like butcherd blood, If its frozen, same thing but I cover it and put it in the garage outside for a few days and that really thaws and soaks the bird and after it cooked it has no heavy turkey taste, but a light juicy tender bite with just a hint of salt. 👍

Brine ours with 1 cup salt, ½ cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons of tarragon per gallon of water for 24 hours, then smoked to perfection. Tastes amazing every time. Sold 68 Thanksgiving day :)

Well I like to inject my turkey with injection marinade before roasting,,,there is no better taste,,, injection marination is normally used for frying turkeys,, creole butter is the best marinade to use for turkeys👍👍🥰🥰
