Easy to explain. the rear shocks are either completely shot. Or, they were removed. Now you go bouncy, bouncy down the road.

They are on a bridge. They are designed to have movement and flex, this based on the vehicles and weight that is on it. It is more so when there are more vehicles and especially when there are heavy trucks on the bridge. The bridge is designed to deflect and rebound and is a sensation that is amplified by expansion joints and also by certain vehicles with suspension issues. If you look at the other cars ahead they are also bouncing. Yes, I have a daughter who is an engineer and was responsible for overseeing a bridge in our state being rebuilt after a boat hit and caused severe damage.
