This is in Ukraine or Russia and it is legal to feed the bears and raise them if you find a baby you’re not allowed to do that here in New York State or in the United States you’re not allowed to keep bears for wild pets or big cats from the wild, you’re supposed to give them to the Department of environmental conservation as soon as you find them! Every time I hear the department I think of peanut at the squirrel and Fred the raccoon

He got got this bear as a toddler baby bear😆 and gave him milk since birth. Only professional trainers are capable of doing such amazing work. These are the ones being used in some movies. The question is how much the financial costs for feeding and vet care are.
