attached to an Unsafe Piont !!! always attach to the axle or around the tire ! attaching to the tow hook or eye above the springs allows the vehicle to bounce up and down and will allow the vehicle or equipment to both move and maybe even throw off the binder and strap / chain giving the equipment free motion and most likely a bad possibility fatal wreck !!! is also a chargeable moving offence even if it doesn't cause an accident !!!
