Gotta start doing family time at least hour to 2 hours or more! Phones down sit at a table during dinner and hear an out everyoneβs day! Itβs up to parents to enforce this cause people are definitely too lost in phone! it's how the kids are raised. The parents' addiction is another story. I threw my kid out in the yard. He grew to love the outdoors. I'm happy to report that at age 35, he is not a gamer and never was. He's raising his four daughters the same way. They all love the outdoors and enjoy family time in nature. No cell phones. π
